Anderson Equity Partners, a private investment group that partners with proven real estate sponsors across the U.S. to provide investors with direct access to institutional-quality opportunities. The firm focuses on syndications and funds across multifamily, build-to-rent, land development, RV parks, and specialty asset classes, with a selective approach toward experienced operators in high-growth markets such as Texas, Florida, Colorado, and Nevada.
This group was built on a simple idea: investors deserve transparent, high-performing partnerships and a clear understanding of how their capital is managed. The firm partners with operators who have demonstrated consistent execution, disciplined underwriting, and a track record of delivering stable returns through varying market cycles.

David Anderson is the founder and managing partner of Anderson Equity Partners.
David’s experience spans over a decade in private capital, marketing, and real estate development. Before launching Anderson Equity Partners, he directly raised equity for Rare Earth Development & Investments, Colorado’s largest RV park operator, and CPI Capital, a Canadian and US based multifamily and build-to-rent sponsor. These collaborations shaped his insight into how investor relations and sponsor operations align, and where most fall short.
To bridge that gap, David founded Investor Genius, a marketing and automation platform that helps sponsors attract, nurture, and convert investors through compliant, scalable systems. This platform allows Anderson Equity Partners to maintain a consistent pipeline of high-quality deal flow and a national investor network built on trust and transparency.
Earlier in his career, David was part of Trulia’s growth phase as the company went public and was later acquired by Zillow, an experience that shaped his understanding of scaling technology-driven client relations.
David graduated from Florida State University in 2011 with a Major in Finance and Real Estate and a Minor in Economics. He lives in Summerlin, Las Vegas, where he enjoys golf, guitars, hiking, and travel.
Pete LaBarre, Founder at Rare Earth Development & Investments
Pete LaBarre has spent a lifetime building things that last: businesses, communities, and real relationships around real estate.
He’s been involved in more ventures than he can count, but most roads lead back to property. In the 1980s, Pete organized and marketed two real estate partnerships, handled multifamily and residential sales, and helped launch a private second-mortgage fund that delivered investors returns north of 20 percent. Since then, he’s owned and operated a mix of assets across Colorado, including single and multifamily rentals, a mobile home park, three commercial buildings, and the state’s only code-compliant park-model / tiny-home community. He’s also led countless remodels and renovations, something that comes naturally after working in the trades since he was 12.
Today, Pete and his partners at Rare Earth Development & Investments, Colorado's largest operator of RV Parks and Tiny Home Communities.
Beyond development, Pete’s career has always been rooted in education and service. He holds both a Finance degree and an MBA from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. He’s worked with the Small Business Development Center, taught economics and management at Pikes Peak Community College, and even guest-lectured at Masaryk University in the Czech Republic.
He currently serves on the Governor of Colorado’s Business Advisory Board, the state’s SBDC advisory board, the Colorado Springs Police Foundation board, and as Teller County’s Republican Chair. He’s also president of two HOAs—a reminder that Pete doesn’t just build communities; he helps keep them running.
